Covid-19 Update

The staff of District Realty understands that during these challenging times, it is not business as usual. Even though our office is closed to the public, we are still hard at work maintaining our properties and looking after the needs of our tenants.

We are currently showing apartments and commercial space in-person – following social distancing protocols, and are also offering video tours. We have converted our application process to a contactless system – doing our best to ensure the safety of our applicants and staff.

Our office and site staff have received additional training on how best to avoid contracting the virus, and we have increased the cleaning frequency of the common areas of all the buildings under our management to protect our tenants and the general public.

Please see below for information on the Federal Government’s economic response plan, and, as always, should you need to contact us, please call 613-759-8383 or email
