    District Realty is pleased to add Carling Mini Mall to our growing portfolio of commercial property management.Carling Mini Mall is strip plaza located at 2353 to 2371 Carling Ave, and is home to several commercial tenancies include Blockbuster Video and Capone’s Restaurant, an Ottawa landmark. District looks forward to forging a lasting relationship with all tenants of this plaza and is proud to call Carling Mini Mall a District Realty managed property.

    Currently District Realty is working with Pacific International Equities Corp Inc. and Public Works and Government Services Canada to complete an office fit up of 3 full floors of 66 Slater Street in Ottawa, a high rise building located in the heart of the downtown core. The 30,000 square foot fit up is for the Department of National Defense and has a budget in excess of $1,000,000.00.
