24-Hour Service and Security

When you rent or lease from us, we want you to feel safe and secure. Most of our buildings have controlled access and many of our larger apartments have additional security features such lobby watch video systems.

For all of our tenants (residential and commercial), your building’s superintendent is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year to assist you with any sort of emergency that may come up. If the superintendent is not available, the service request call will go directly to a member of our property management team – every person associated with your building will endeavour to provide you with the highest quality of service with the quickest possible response time.

Services for Residential Tenants

When you move into your new Ottawa apartment or townhouse rental, there's a good chance that you’ll receive a friendly welcome package that could include gift certificates for nearby businesses as well a useful information sheet about nearby schools and churches, garbage collection days, emergency contact numbers, OC Transpo bus route information and much more.

You’ll be glad to see that the majority of our Ottawa apartment rental properties are extremely up-to-date, with new cupboards and appliances being always being installed as necessary. The fridges and stoves in most of our Ottawa apartment rentals are less than five years old, providing greater comfort, increased energy efficiency and maximum reliability to our tenants.

We also do our best to create a strong sense of community within our apartment buildings. At the start of each “moving season” we try to get everybody on a floor together, even if it’s just a few minutes, so everybody can introduce themselves to each other. This way, you’re not living next to strangers – you’re living next to friends.

Finally, if there’s a problem with your suite, we can also easily accommodate transfers to other units in the same building (if stairs or vertigo are problems, for example) or to another buildings across the city if you need to live closer to work.

Services for Commercial Tenants

For our commercial tenants, we offer a variety of specialized services, including tenant representation, advocacy and consultation services.

We can also effectively manage your capital and construction projects (such as roof replacements, tenant fit-ups, lobby and corridor renovations and HVAC replacements), as well as negotiate mortgage renewals and handle asset management thanks to our long-standing relationships with all of the major mortgage and financing companies in Ottawa.
